The Summit County Historical Society of Akron, OH

Founded in 1924, Summit County Historical Society manages two house museums, the Perkins Stone Mansion and John Brown House. SCHS also owns Old Stone School, operated in collaboration with Akron Public Schools, and is a major partner with the City of Akron at the Akron History Exhibit at Lock 3.
